***Florida US National Grid Templates***

Inside the Florida_Templates folder you will find a folder for each county in Florida that contains three necessary components to create a USNG Map Book.
   
1.	County_Data  Geodatabase containing:

	a.	County boundary
	b.	USNG Polygon Pages

2.	County_Template_24k.mxt 

	a.	A template Used for creating the pages view maps

3.	County_Cover_Template.mxt

	a.	A Template Used for creating a cover page for the entire county

After downloading all three open the .mxt’s and restore the data by directing each layer to the corresponding data in the geodatabase.  

Once this is done you will need to create a map series using DS Map Book, which is a free download from this site:

Use the County_Pages layer as the index layer and Page_Num as the page name when creating the map series.

When this is complete you are ready to input your data to the map book.

**IF YOU ARE WORKING ON JEFFERSON, LEON, OR TAYLOR YOU WILL NEED DS MAP BOOK AS WELL AS PLTS MPS ATLAS BECAUSE THESE COUNTIES ARE 
IN A GRID ZONE JUNCTION AND REQUIRE MANUAL ANITATION**
